This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid courses, workshops, and classes offered by FAICEE.
By completing a payment and enrolling in a FAICEE program, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments made for FAICEE courses, programs, workshops, and classes are strictly non-refundable.
2. Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed and verified.
3. No Cancellation After Enrollment
Once enrollment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the student or parent/legal guardian.
4. No Withdrawal
Discontinuing or withdrawing from an enrolled course does not make the student eligible for a refund.
5. Missed Classes
If a student misses a live class, they may complete the missed session through the pre-recorded classes available on FAICEE. Access will be provided according to the student's registered course and eligibility. Completion of the required sessions may be considered for course completion certificate eligibility.
6. Late Attendance
Students who are unable to attend a live class or join late may use the pre-recorded classes to continue their learning until their USN validity expires.
7. Course or Program Changes
Requests to change a registered course or program are subject to FAICEE's availability and approval and do not create any entitlement to a refund.
8. Technical or Payment Issues
Genuine technical issues or payment-related discrepancies may be reviewed by FAICEE. Students should provide the relevant payment details or information required for verification.
9. Payment Failure or Duplicate Payment
If an amount is deducted but the payment status is unsuccessful, pending, or duplicated, the transaction may be reviewed and verified before any appropriate resolution is provided.
10. Cancellation by FAICEE
If FAICEE cancels a course or program before it begins, FAICEE may provide an alternative arrangement or other resolution at its discretion.
