1. About FAICEE

FAICEE provides project-based educational programs designed to help students develop practical skills in areas such as coding, artificial intelligence, electronics, IoT, robotics, and problem-solving.

Our courses are designed primarily for students aged 10 years and above.

2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Students under the age of 18 must be enrolled and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling a student, the parent or guardian confirms that:

• They are authorized to enroll the student.
• The information provided during registration is accurate.
• They understand the nature and requirements of the selected course.
• They consent to the student's participation in the course.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student has access to a suitable device, internet connection, and any required materials or components.

3. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after FAICEE receives the required registration information and, where applicable, successful payment.

Course availability, batch timings, duration, curriculum, fees, and requirements will be communicated on the website or through official FAICEE communication channels.

FAICEE reserves the right to limit the number of students in a batch to maintain the quality of instruction.

4. Course Fees and Payments

All course fees will be displayed clearly before enrollment.

Payments must be made through the payment methods provided or approved by FAICEE.

Once payment has been completed, the student will receive the relevant enrollment or course-access information.

FAICEE reserves the right to change course prices for future batches. Any price change will not affect an enrollment that has already been confirmed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility will be governed by FAICEE's Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Parents or guardians should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing payment.

FAICEE may make reasonable exceptions in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

6. Demo Classes

Where FAICEE offers free or paid demo classes, participation in a demo class does not guarantee admission into a regular course or future batch.

Demo-class fees, where applicable, will be communicated before registration.

7. Class Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes on time and participate actively.

If a student misses a class, FAICEE may provide recordings, materials, or alternative support where available, but this is not guaranteed unless specifically stated for the particular course.

Repeated absence may affect the student's ability to complete projects successfully.

8. Online Learning Requirements

FAICEE courses may require:

• A computer, laptop, tablet, or other compatible device.
• A stable internet connection.
• Required software or applications.
• Electronic components or project kits for hardware-based courses.

The specific requirements will be communicated before or during enrollment.

FAICEE is not responsible for problems caused by the student's personal device, internet connection, electricity supply, or third-party software/platform failures.

9. Projects and Educational Materials

FAICEE's courses are designed around practical projects.

Students may be required to follow instructions involving electronic components, software, coding tools, or other equipment.

Students must follow all instructions provided by FAICEE and their instructor.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising students when a project involves electronic components, tools, batteries, electricity, or other equipment requiring adult supervision.

FAICEE is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or unsupervised activities outside the course.

10. Intellectual Property

All FAICEE course materials, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Presentations
• Worksheets
• Project guides
• Diagrams
• Source materials
• Website content
• Logos
• Branding
• Written content

are owned by or licensed to FAICEE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use.

Students and parents/guardians may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, or commercially use FAICEE course materials without prior written permission.

11. Student Projects and Work

Students retain ownership of original work they independently create during a FAICEE course, subject to any third-party software, hardware, or content licenses that may apply.

FAICEE may showcase student projects for educational or promotional purposes only where appropriate consent has been obtained from the parent or legal guardian.

12. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other students.

The following activities are not permitted:

• Harassment or bullying.
• Abusive or threatening behavior.
• Disrupting classes intentionally.
• Sharing inappropriate content.
• Unauthorized access to another student's account or information.
• Attempting to disrupt or damage FAICEE systems.

FAICEE may suspend or remove a student from a course for serious or repeated misconduct.

13. Course Changes

FAICEE may occasionally modify:

• Project components
• Platforms
• Batch schedules

Such changes may be made when reasonably necessary to improve the course or due to circumstances beyond FAICEE's control.

14. Course Completion and Certificates
